Compliance Training is designed as a self-study process that saves the practice time (no special training meetings needed) and ensures that the training information is current (most video training becomes outdated within a short time period). The training information and examples are oriented to the healthcare office environment. This eliminates confusing institutional and industrial jargon.
Using Compliance Training is Easy - Compliance Training is always located in the center four pages of the Advisor for easy removal and copying. Make a photocopied set for each member of the practice, instruct them to read the information and complete the ten question test. This documents their participation and understanding of the learning objectives. Place the completed tests in a training file for the year and, as the year progresses, you will have documentation that the required annual training has been completed for OSHA, HIPAA, and OIG.
