Trainer's Plan provides instruction and reminders
Trainer's Plan is a companion article to Compliance Training. It provides the practice's Compliance Officer or Training Coodinator with instruction and reminders relative to the training topic for the month.
For example: The Trainer's Plan for March (the March training topic is OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens) would include reminders to complete required tasks listed in the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard:
Trainer's Plan also includes an answer key for the month's training test. This enables you to ensure that employees have a proper understanding of the learning objectives.
