Custom Laboratory Program
Custom Laboratory Program (CLP) provides your practice with a customized quality assurance policy manual to meet CLIA requirements for physician office laboratories. Major policy sections include:
- Personnel Requirements (customized to complexity of laboratory)
- Facility Administration
- Quality Systems
- Laboratory Communications
- Monthly Quality Assurance Assessment
- Copy of current CLIA regulations
Annual renewal of CLP service is not necessary due to the stability of this regulation. When regulatory changes do occur, you will receive a notice and an option to purchase the update alacarte.
